2. D2C Sales Model

  • HyEnd Apparels sells products directly to end customers.
  • All products are intended for personal use only and not for resale or commercial
    exploitation.

  •  Product images are illustrative; colour, fabric texture, embroidery, or fit may vary
  •  Slightly due to photography and screen resolution.
  •  Product descriptions, pricing, and availability may change without prior notice.
  •  We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue styles.

4. Pricing & Taxes

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR).
  • GST and applicable taxes are included or shown separately as mentioned at
    checkout.
  • Final payable amount is confirmed before payment.

5. Orders & Acceptance

  • Order placement does not constitute acceptance.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method.

6. Shipping & Delivery (PAN India)

  • We deliver across India via trusted courier partners.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location, weather, or
    logistics constraints.
  • Risk and ownership pass to the customer upon successful delivery at the provided
    address.

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • Governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
  • Apparel must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.
  • Certain items (customized, discounted, innerwear, festive sale items) may be non-
    returnable, clearly mentioned on the product page.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Provide false or misleading information
  •  Attempt unauthorized access or data breaches
  •  Upload harmful or malicious content

Violation may lead to suspension or permanent restriction.
